Pudesh basics

Who knew I’d be here starting a blog about sexual health?! Lol! It all started as a joke posting on my whatsapp status and friends would encourage me to blog about it. I’d be like, meeh, it’s just for fun. I didn’t realize it made sense to most people and some took notes. I mean,.. the pleasure is all mine!!

So basically this blog will be about sexual health for both genders. The do’s and don’ts to a healthy cooking jar and cooking stick. I’m not teaching people how to have bomb sex or tactics to make that man stick around. Don’t gerrit twisted! He’s gonna cheat if he wants to anyway.

For my first class with the ladies, we’ll look into how to care for your vagina. These are the mere basics. By the way, let no man lie to you that vagina should smell like a garden of roses. Does his dick smell like a stick of candy? Natural odor of a vagina can be described as ‘fleshy’. This is a whole topic by itself.

I tried to explain it using a picture

Nia Long said her secret to looking young is water, sex and vitamins. It’s recommended Atleast 8 glasses of water a day. See, when you take your water faithfully, you won’t have time for bullshit in your life. You know why? You’ll spend most of your time rushing to pee.

Ladies, always urinate immediately after sex. This helps to flush out harmful bacteria that may have entered your urethra during intercourse. Also helps to prevent UTIs. Make it a habit! I would like to debank a myth that when you urinate after sex it prevents pregnancy. No honey, if you didn’t use protection it’s done for you! Unless you planned it or you were on your safe days.

Do not douche your pudesh while bathing. The vagina naturally cleans itself, hence the discharge, so no need of douching. This leads to the next point, when bathing wash the outside don’t go in. Leading to the next point, don’t use scented soaps, gels or fluids to wash the vagina. You may alter the vagina’s pH. And finally, just let it breathe! Don’t spray anything. Just let it be.

Feel free to let me know what topics we would discuss and what you think of today’s class. I will be posting every Sunday afternoon.
